Frequently Asked Question
While every child is different, we welcome kids as young as 3 years old to join our classes. Our specially designed sessions cater to various age groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
We recommend comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for ease of movement. Bare feet are typically preferred during practice, but non-slip socks are also acceptable. Additionally, please ensure that clothing is appropriate for bending and stretching comfortably.
For most classes, all equipment will be provided. However, if your child has a favorite yoga mat or prefers to use their own props, they are more than welcome to bring them. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
